Crisp, fresh and thirst-quenching, Beaujolais Nouveau Rose has notes of white peach and citrus.
APPEARANCE: in a word beautiful. slightly cloudy pale yellow with a big white pillow for a head, excellent retention and high amount of carbonation, champagne like effervescense. it states “pour unhurriedly” on the bottle and this advice should be heeded as the head on this beer is unrelenting with a good amount of lacing on the glass. I have never given a rating of 5 on appearance…until now. SMELL: very sweet, champagne, white grapes, pears, apples, banana, lemon. very complex.TASTE: the nose follows the taste. it reminds me of sweet champagne. there is a lot going on here. The Belgians really like this beer and now I know why. the 8.5% alcohol is nearly imperceptible. bubbly and dry with white grapes, pears apples, banana and lemon. it’s not overly hoppy but I don’t care, everything is in balance and it works.PALATE: light body, highly carbonated with dry finish.OVERALL: I truly enjoyed this beer. Ben Franklin once said “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” and that sentiment certainly applies to this beer.
This limited-edition tequila is best appreciated when served in a snifter. Adding even more to its exclusivity, Tequila Don Julio 1942 undergoes a second distillation in a special still known as Pot Still 6, which refines the flavors even further.
This Tequila is clear. Its aroma is light with a hint of citrus. Its taste is light, clean and dry with a touch of black pepper. (If you want to create the ultimate Ultra Premium Margarita, use Don Julio Blanco.)
Rich, distinctive and wonderfully complex, its flavor strikes the perfect balance between agave, wood and hints of vanilla. Best experienced neat in a snifter or simply on the rocks.
Our interpretation of a German-style kolsch, mildly hopped with Vanguard. This unfiltered rendition has pleasant aromas akin to lemon zest and cut grass, with a dry finish and refreshing taste. | Cape Cod is truly a fishing paradise. When we’re not brewing beer we’re usually fishing (or at least thinking about fishing during the winter). For many local kids their first tackle was a handline–just a line, weight, hook, bait and something to wrap the line around. Many a scup or small schoolie has been caught by this method, demonstrating that sometimes the simplest of things can work just fine. This simple approach to fishing is the same way we view our kolsch–simple, fun and deliciou
60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped — more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. (Getting a vibe of where the name came from?)60 Minute is brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful but balanced East Coast IPA with a lot of citrusy hop character, it’s the session beer for hardcore enthusiasts! | Spicy foods, pesto, grilled salmon, soy-based dishes, pizza, vintage cheddar
Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA “perhaps the best IPA in America.” An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent — but not crushing — hop flavor. | Pork chops, beef, grilled fish, frites, focaccia, split pea soup, Stilton cheese & escargot

A quadruple-distillation process made Crystal Head as pure as vodka can be, but the quest for an almost mystical purity continued.
